Tim offers a very unique artistic style with his visual representation of natural decay, rips, cracks and stains, portrayed using zombie greens and brain rot browns mixed with agitated outlines. The sense of chaotic movement and odd proportion in his work highly complements his imagination, often portraying strange characters and creatures with overcompensated eyes and teeth to make up for their shortfalls in their dysfunctional like personalities.

Designer

As a designer, Tim creates concepts that work across multiple media. These are at times interdependent to one another and incorporate transmedia ideas. He understands how the audience will experience, engage and communicate with different media, creating thought out, and sometimes highly complex, project ideas. As a visual designer, his themes are usually darker, often creating a grunge style that incorporates old and weathered elements. Working with logos and brand styles for his projects will often compliment his artistic style and narrative. As a conceptual designer, Tim thinks imaginatively, forming original ideas and envisioning diverse worlds, strange creatures and relatable characters.

Writer

As a writer, Tim is a storyteller that often incorporates deeper meaning into the plots, characters and worlds that he creates. Writing for the projects that he works on, and often accompanying his own design and artwork, Tim creates narrative and dialogue as screenplays, comic book scripts as well as stories for illustrated books and video games. His stories are often symbolic of the journey through life and death, of the challenges and conflicts that we face, but ultimately of evolvement and change.

Biography

Tim grew up in a small British town reminiscent of the industrial revolution, with its old red brick buildings, lace factories and Victorian terraced houses covered with moss and vines. Surrounding the town is countryside, with a mixture of open fields, dense woodland and an old canal system that passes through. Within this area are many twisting paths, disused train lines overgrown by brambles, and abandoned weathered buildings hidden by trees and bushes. As a child Tim would explore this landscape, his imagination running wild and acting as an early influence to the imaginative worlds that he would later create.
As a child and teenager, Tim would create characters, worlds and stories, putting them into short written tales and drawing his own comic books. Through his twenties, Tim would continue to learn, experiment with and develop his artistic skills, expressing his imagination by creating chaotic artwork pieces with pen and ink crammed full of weird characters and strange landscapes. In adult life, Tim studied graphic design, later following a career as a graphic designer and web designer before shifting his focus back to his natural creative talent of creating characters, worlds and stories.
